Description: Support the crew with rigging, dragging brush, feeding the chipper, hauling debris, and site cleanup on daily jobs around Culpeper and the surrounding towns.
Qualifications: Able to haul brush through a humid Virginia July, an ice-storm January and long post-storm days. Valid driver's license. Ready to learn saws, chippers and rigging the safe way. Farm, fence or landscape time is a plus, not a must.

Description: Perform technical removals and trimming, including climbing and rigging beside houses, barns, and power lines, alongside the owner and lead climber.
Qualifications: Hands-on tree-removal or climbing experience required; comfortable working at height in tall tulip poplars, spreading white oaks, and brittle borer-killed ash; solid understanding of safe rigging practices and industry tree-work safety standards.
